Settling into Meal Planning, Though "Cheated" Eating Out
Didn’t sleep well. Not the program, simply too much late to bed early to rise.Ran ragged and would’ve been better off with a time out.3 back-to-back networking meetings on a few hours sleep. Not good.My networking lunch “lean and green” meal out was more “big and fat”; asparagus chicken (sounds more innocent than it was) with soup, fried rice and a spring roll.Ate it all.Felt awful afterward; unable to eat for several hours.
Slept briefly.Felt better though emotionally raw.Difficult to focus; not helped by processing my quarterly client paperwork, one of my least favorite tasks.
Did better on meal planning though, and am learning a few tricks on making the meals tastier without adding calories.Look forward to trying them.If I eat what I’m supposed to and when, just a little hungry prior and satisfied within ½ hour after.
A little light-headed from time to time, which probably came from skipping a meal.My weight loss coach advised drinking water. Will be better about that.
Tomorrow promises to be a much mellower day; only one appointment scheduled, short, close to home and not too early.
